I have spoken to The Shiple Rent, the franchise to which it claims to belong and the response has been:

On the other hand, it should be noted that this person does not have her own registered address. For any procedure she meets with clients in bars in the area, or if something needs to be sent to her, she gives the address of any of the apartments/houses she has for rent, which are empty, and for which she has the keys.
Both on Google Maps and Apple Maps, the addresses that appear for your office are fake, in different locations and, in both cases, empty homes for rent. This has been verified.
In general, there are few comments, but as an example, on Google we have the following

It must also be a coincidence that of the 15 reviews 14 are short and putting it through the roof.

I have nothing against people who work to earn an honest living, but I can't stand people who take advantage of others to earn a living.
The first impression with this person, always with her cute little dog, is of a kind person, approachable, with a sweet tone of voice,... the problem begins when you start the relationship with her and you give her everything. From that moment on she is untraceable, both by the person who puts the house and by the person who lives there.
To hand over the keys she leaves them in some bar in the area, sometimes she picks them up or hands them over, but if any problem arises during the stay, locating her is mission impossible, both tenant and owner.
I am only telling my experience, which seems not to be the only one, and given that The Simple Rent has kicked her out, I suppose there must be some reason.
If by chance she reads this, I am still at her entire disposal to solve the problem with my keys.
